At Kenmold North America, we are an ISO-certified provider of plastic injection molding services for the automotive, medical, electronics, home appliance, and general industrial markets. We have a diverse range of capabilities and work with an extensive selection of polymers. Our vertically integrated services include high-performance mold making, high-tech injection molding, and a broad mix of post-mold additional services. We operate facilities in North America and Asia and have the flexibility to handle everything from small orders to mass production. Our customer service is responsive, knowledgeable, and resourceful.

We operate injection molding presses rated from 80-tons to 1,600-tons, giving us the versatility to produce parts from shot sizes anywhere in the 0.035 ounces to 1,050-ounce range. Our capabilities include 2-shot molding using two different colors or two different materials. We also have strong capabilities for insert molding, where we use any combination of engineering plastic, metal, ceramics, and other materials to create a single component with enhanced functional performance. The plastic provides improved tensile strength, wear resistance, and weight reduction, while the metal delivers increased strength and conductivity. We also offer cleanroom molding for sensitive medical and electronic components where contamination is a concern.

We mold all types of plastic, from general-purpose resins to engineering plastics for applications that require enhanced mechanical and environmental performance. By combining our mold design & build capabilities with state-of-the-art automated and computer-controlled injection molding processes, we can obtain tolerances as close as ±0.002” on the molded parts. Post-mold, we offer various methods of assembly as well as decorating, sterilizing, labeling, barcoding, and custom packaging.
