We operate injection molding presses rated from 80-tons to 1,600-tons, giving us the versatility to produce parts from shot sizes anywhere in the 0.035 ounces to 1,050-ounce range. Our capabilities include 2-shot molding using two different colors or two different materials. We also have strong capabilities for insert molding, where we use any combination of engineering plastic, metal, ceramics, and other materials to create a single component with enhanced functional performance. The plastic provides improved tensile strength, wear resistance, and weight reduction, while the metal delivers increased strength and conductivity. We also offer cleanroom molding for sensitive medical and electronic components where contamination is a concern.
