In our decades-long history, Kenmold North America has manufactured a remarkably diverse portfolio of injection-molded plastic parts. Our ISO 8 (Grade 100,000) clean room and ISO 7 (Grade 10,000) laboratory combined with our precision mold tooling provides a One-Stop total solution service. Kenmold offer validated plastic injection molding, including medical components, medical equipments, disposable consumable, high-accuracy electrical equipment and components. We also support products cleaning, sterilization and package processes.

A few examples of the common types of products we mold include close tolerance Covid- 19 testing components made from FDA approved and biocompatible grades of plastic. We manufacture very small to substantial components for electronic devices and have an extensive history in injection molding complex parts and components for medical use.
